爱才哀才
今天午餐约了旧同事吃饭。 他向我诉苦，说自己好不容易考上了文凭，但却被公司耍。他说公司以试验他的能力为由，让他以现有的薪金做职位比较高，份量更多的工作。朋友认为适当的试用期是必要的，就这样默默的付出。但，让他懊恼的是公司在近一年半的时间，不但没有给于适当的回应，反而拖泥带水，耽误员工的前程。我认为公司犯了一个很大的错误。光看成绩和一纸文凭是不够的，更重要的是应征者的诚意，能力和上进心。这样愿意求上进的人不要，偏偏爱录取“新鸟”，或哪些“爱买，爱买”的大学生，没做几个月就跑人的员工。这样糟蹋愿意为你打拼的人才是公司的损失。唉哉，唉哉。

不知道啦，也许是人不为己天诛地灭的版本：公司不为自己的钱包着想，天诛地灭？毕竟新员工的工资较低。但是这个是myopic的。
也对。但如果这个人已经在同样公司多年，又被受肯定，让他做EXEC该做的东西，但因为人为因素（因为程序麻烦，HR拖泥带水）而耽搁，又好象是剥削。
只能说，此地不留人，自有留人处。就是这个道理。=）
